1. How Do I Use Your Website?

Please see the steps below which outline how you can use our website:

  1. From the Main Page, select a Device Brand from the first drop-down list (example: Apple).
  2. Directly below, a new drop-down list will appear called Model. Choose your Device Model (example: iPhone 6). Your Model is usually listed in the About settings on your device or on the box.
  3. Optional: If your Device Model has a Sub-Model, another drop-down box will appear where you must choose the specific Sub-Model (example: A1589). Your Sub-Model is usually listed in the About settings on your device or on the box.
  4. Choose the Country of the Mobile Network Carrier (example: Canada).
  5. Directly below, a new drop-down list will appear called Carrier. Choose the Mobile Network Carrier that you would like to use the mobile device on (example: Rogers Canada).
  6. Press the Search button.
  7. Directly below, you will see the results. The results will tell you if the device will work on the 2G, 3G, and 4G network for that carrier.

3. How Often Do You Update The Device And Carrier List?

We’re adding devices and carriers almost everyday. We take our time to make sure all the information is correct. As per the question above, we’re always open to taking special requests for specific devices or carriers to be added. So don’t be shy! Send us an email and we’ll let you know once we’ve fulfilled your request.
